Rails of Fury

Rails of Fury is an entertaining action game set in a post-apocalyptic universe greatly inspired by the Mad Max saga, where you control some trains that cross the desert. Players have to protect themselves from the sand dwellers', some evil bikers ready to risk their lives to destroy your trains.

The gameplay in Rails of Fury is as follows: throughout the game, you have to make different highly hostile journeys. So, you have to try to upgrade your train by increasing the build-in weapons, upgrading its defense and buying special attacks. As you make your way through the levels, you will get greater monetary rewards to continue upgrading your vehicle.

As for the gameplay in the hostile zones, it's pretty simple. Your train will automatically advance through a 2D environment that might remind you in some way of the legendary Metal Slug games. Throughout the journey, gangs of baddies will try to approach and destroy your train. Your goal is to be watchful of the possible damages and repair them as you go. At the same time, you can tap on the half-destroyed bikers to make them explode, or launch torpedos or ice attacks that recharge every so often. So, you have to keep your train moving while destroying enemies. When you reach your destination, you can repair and upgrade your train.

Rails of Fury is an original game with a fun premise and a simple and addictive gameplay joined together by lovely carefully developed graphics. In short, a good game for having a good time.
